Booth & Witherspoon Investments was founded in 2005 by Antwain Booth and the late Jay Witherspoon.
What started off as a real estate entity by two best friends, has branched into many different arenas (media, financing, rehabbing, marketing, entertainment, etc.) navigating difficult economic and personal challenges along the way.

Having lived in various parts of the Mid Atlantic, he iss well suited to know the culture of the entire region. Antwain is a enjoys friends and family and will hardly ever miss an important game. Antwain heads Booth & Witherspoon Investments. Antwain is focused on Booth & Witherspoon Investments' continued growth and brand/product development. Jay Witherspoon succumbed to cancer on 4/13/2007. Jay was an avid supporter of old-school underground hip-hop, blues, and jazz. Jay was a life-long resident of Greensboro, North Carolina. Jay saw himself as an artistic soul that loved to create new things. Jay Witherspoon was a dedicated hard worker who enjoyed a fresh challenge. Jay never met a stranger and uplifted people wherever he was. Jay was an impassioned spirit, who will always be an integral part in the success of Booth & Witherspoon Investments. Jay is the proud father of Aden Witherspoon who was born in January 2006.
